Report Idling... call 311

You read it right. The title of this article is NOT a sci-fi prediction.

The people of NYC have actually been told (through radio advertising) to call 311 when vehicles  are suspected of idling.

Clearly this stupidity was not thought through. Below are 18 good reasons that proves this idea is idiotic.

1. What exactly is idling?

Well, according to the definition;

"Idling occurs when a vehicle is left running unnecessarily when stopped."

2. But how do we define "unnecessarily idling?"

3.  How long must "unnecessarily idling"  take place before a person is obligated to call 311?
One minute? Two minutes? Three?

4. Can you be stopped in traffic and be accused of idling?

5. Can an ambulance delivering a patient be accused of idling?

6. Has  illegal idling   occured if one picks up a hot dog at 7.11?

7. Is idling a threat if a parent  picks up their child from school or  a doctors office?

8. Will Fed Ex ,UPS,  and all delivery trucks in the city of NYC be targeted for idling?

9.  Does the term "idling  vehicles" apply to  mortorcycles, electric bikes, or hoverboards?

10. If a person becomes an "idling enforcer" should they carry a stop watch?

11. How do we prove that illegal idling has taken place?
(You can't take a picture of an  ideling object or for that matter a video).

12. How does a citizen identify a potentially idling vehicle?

13.How do we know if the person who has reported this infraction is telling the  truth?

14. If an ideling car drives away should  the "idling enforcer"  write down the licence plate?

15. If I am accused of idling will I get a ticket? If so, for how much and how many points?

Will my insurance rates go up?

16. Can I fight an idling charge in court?

17.   Who is the idiot that came up with this idea and spent thousands of dollars in advertising?

18.  And WHY in New York City are we  diverting resources to enforce such stupidity?

Stock Broker Rock Stars? Not.

COMEDY

I was invited to a party that was exclusive to Stock Brokers and Wall Street types. They all had on the same outfits. Either a combination of a navy blue suit jacket with beige pants or a navy jacket with navy pants. But always with a white shirt and an understated redish tie.

The event was "Wall Street pretending to be a Rockstar night."

It was ugly.

Have you ever seen a Broker wearing a black T- shirt,  light blue jeans, Brooks Brothers dress shoes, a red bandana and singing Billy Joel?

You don't want to. It's not a pretty sight.

The size two girls came  out in droves. They all wore long blond hair, short dark colored dresses, black stockings, and black closed- toe designer pumps.. .way to high.

I walked in with a turquoise rain jacket, brown cordurois and Ecco hiking sandals paired with wine colored socks.

I scared them and they scared me.

Finally, when we could take it no more I fled into the street and called a loved one.

"OMG,OMG! You would not believe it but I was in the liver of the beast! The Stock Brokers are all as dumb as posts. Kens and Barbies were socializing while plotting to spend money on stupid stuff like Hampton homes! I barely made it out alive!"

And my friend asked. " The liver you found yourself in the liver? Don't you mean the belly?"

And I said, "That's right the liver. They were drinking so much their bellies were full".

P.S. Ya know I'm poking fun. I love brokers. That's because I don't know any😊.

I love you Donald, I love how you juiced up politics, I love your guts and your brawn. 

But the shows over folks. Time to take a fresh look at Hillary. Who  I have to congratulate on the historic step to clinch a nomination from a major party in a Presidential election. She's got my vote!

I am in awe. Hats off and Bravo! You go girl!

Buffet Wonders

Why do people get annoyed with one another at buffets?

Why do people pick out all the shrimp?

And why do we want to kill them?

Why do people stand in line all jammed up against one another scared that all the food will be gone?

Why do some people pile their plate sky high?

Why do some people jump to be first at the food  and others wait till the end?

Why do people upset themselves before they eat because they are irritated at others?

Why don't we just skip the buffet and option for "by the plate"?

Harambe the Gorilla was trying to protect the boy

He had to escape from the vile  sounds 

There were so many of them and only one of him.

How could he protect this boy from them?

He had to run he had to run quick to his nest,

to protect the boy his human friend.

As a smart being

 a wise being,

he knew he was going to die.

The bravery of a creature 

 facing death,

 yet still reaching out to protect a human,

a human like the one that killed his mother,

ripped him out of her arms,

 and brought him to the Cincinnati zoo?

Like a lifeguard saving a body from drowning he dragged the boy away while

 the frenzied crowd roared.

The water was cold.

The screaming hurt his ears and

it was directed at him.

Like a mother trying to move her child away from a racing car,

he pulled the boy.

The zookeepers knew he was kind, gentle and nurturing.

What made them think Harambe would harm the child?

If he wanted to hurt him he'd break him in two.

Just a small concussion for the boy?

What made them think that gorilla hands would kill?

For just a small concussion.

Harambe is dead because of stupidity.

Summer 2016 Dream Makers Collection

This is my summer collection for 2016. Bracelets and Wall hanging. They are from my Dream Makers Collection series "Mary the Elephant".

These  Dream Makers were  inspired by Mary the Elephant.

 Mary lived in the early 1900's She was one of the first circus animals of her kind. Very few, people  had ever seen a live Elephant!

No one knew how to take care of them, what to feed them or how to treat them.

If you were wondering what about all the fuss was about re:  Barnum and Bailey using elephants in the circus; this is a bit of the history on how these animals were treated.

Back to our story...

One day Mary  trampled a man .She was walking to the circus ring in front of the whole town.

Aside

When circus elephants got to old to perform or too expensive to feed. The circus owner would have to put them to death. A gun that effective was scarce so it couldn't be shot in the head. The beast was too hard the kill. And then what would one do with the body? Burning it was out of the question and burying it would cost too much in terms of manpower. The only was the circus owners could get rid of it was to starve it to death.

 This happenstance moment that happened to Mary the Elephant proved to solve all the circus owners problems. The animal would die, and the townsfolk would pay for its burial.

End.

Truth is Mary was starving to death so she went to pick up a watermelon rind that had dropped on the dusty road.The drunk abusive man who was sitting on her back beat her and beat her until she could take no more.She threw him to the ground and stepped on his head which, newly configured, now looked like the pieces  of the water she had reached for to eat..

The judge on the County in which this nightmare transpired  sentenced her to death by hanging. 

Huge crowds came to watch as a great crane hung her. The first time the cables snapped and they left her moaning on the ground in pain for hours.Then they hoisted her up again and let her dangle there well into the night

A year ago I channeled her. She wanted to be in the circus again. She loved the crowds and the  cheering .

These small wall hangings and bracelets  are inspired by her happy moments. 

They cheered when she lived. They cheered when she died!

Mary so wanted to be remembered. These pieces represent her joyful heart, her body all decked out and her soul  ready for a day filled with majestry, mystery, cheering crowds and love.

Donald Trump is withholding his tax recordd because he wants  you to attack that issue. Right now he is in charge. He is telling you what to focus on and you are going for it hook , line and sinker.

Pringles White Chocolate Potato Chips

You are kidding me right?
I bought these in the 99c bin at the grocery store.
Who thinks of this?
White chocolate potato chips?

I figure that  someone at the top of the Pringles corporation  had to pull some major weight to get this idea through to production

Maybe someone who was really  really high and is the heir of Pringles came up with the idea? You never know.

And it gets worse.

Please notice the "limited time" experience these rare and exotic chips offer the buyer.

However, frankly speaking no one should spend anytime at all eating this disaster.

They shouldn't "limit" the time a person can put this in their mouth. They should have saved some time and not made them at all!

(Otherwise. ..I love you Pringles. Shit happens. You gotta learn to flush!)

Puppy Torturers serial Killers? Andrew and Daniel Frankish

In 2013  brothers Andrew, 23, and Daniel Frankish 19 from London England woke up one day and decided  take their little Bulldog puppy named Baby and torture it to death. It was a sunny afternoon in London England when Daniel decided to lift the pink little baby high over his head and smash it down a flight of concrete stairs.

His brother Andrew decided to make a video tape.

As the puppies back bones shattered and the little pink body tried desperately crawl away the brothers ran down the stairs picked it up and threw it down again.

They laughed and they joked. It was a funny day for them.

Smashing the puppies body against the concrete floor and stepping on its head was fun as well!

Then one brother said to the other, "How can we make it scream more? Maybe if we take it by its ears and throw it down the stairs?
Keep filming."

Through the entire video tape (that you do not want to see) the little puppy named Baby silently endured. She did not yelp, she did not scream. 

My vet friend said that dogs who have been tortured learn that if they keep their silence the torture might stop.

The puppy Baby was eerily silent.

THREE YEARS LATER Feb. 2016

This sickness would have been kept a secret between two serial killers without divine intervention.

How did this unfold?

The two sick serial killer Demons  went to the grocery store after they left the pup in her bed with broken bones and a  broken back.

Agony.

When they were at the grocery store, Andrew who had the video tape on his camera dropped his phone on the grocery store floor.  When it hit the floor the Sim card fell out and was somehow found by a worker at the store!

What are the chances of finding a tiny Sim card?

The gruesom video was exposed! But The law in London gives these guys a slap on the wrist and warns them no to get any more dogs.

I believe that these boys should be locked upin a mental institution. This is serial killer training camp behavior. As in the case with pedophiles I do not believe that  one can rehabilitate a serial killer in training. 

These boys got caught once. There was a ten year time period not accounted for. They were probably very busy honing their techniques during that time. How many other dogs did they torture? How many people might they have killed?

Like most serial killers they tend to lead a normal life and Daniel Frankish is no except 

On his Twitter page there is a picture of him and his son. Yep. He as a sin a son which I believe should be immediately  removed fron the home. His children should be taken from him. Everything should be taken from this evil deusom. 

How can you help?

Get on the internet Goggle petition, Frankish brothers. Sign it!  For all you militants out there go for it!

It has been reported that Baby died 3 months, after the incident.How do we know?

 Did the brothers report this?

How many times was this repeated over 10 years?

Did this escalate to humans?

Why this breed? It's an expensive dog.

Was this a movie for an Internet fetish site?

Maybe some of these questions should be addressed before the British goverement gives them a slap on the wrist and a $250.00 

What happened to that dog for the three months  that it lived in the Frankish home paralyzed and dying?

200 PREGNANT WHALES SLAUGHTERED

The Japanese government  thought that it was a good idea to get out into the deep ocean , find 200 pregnant whales to KILL
and another 100 males, for reasearch purposes.

 Research, my ass.

What a coo! How much was that a whale?

The females were targeted because move a lot slower when they are pregnant.

The clever Japaneese fishermen figured that if they found a whale birthing place they could capture the whales in various stages of giving birth.

And yummy too! Apparently the suffocating fetuses are extra delicious and naturally a delicacy some consumers can't live without.

Mankind is sorry for slaughtering the beauty and greatness that you have always brought to the deep seas. Your death was tortuous and harsh. It took hours for you to suffocate on the ships and feel your babies kick inside you begging for life.

I am ashamed and I am sorry. Please light up the skies with your power and the power and light of your unborn babies.

New York Post Birdfeeders Upper East Side 16/03/14

An article came out in the New York Post on 16/03/13 about a man named Woody who hung birdfeeders down the block where I live.

I just want to make it clear that The Trees of Life Sculpture Installation Series does NOT use nails or holes or anything that may damage the trees.  Every tree that  we use has been authorized with  permission from the NYC Parks and Recreation Department.
